The process for wedding and event stationery:
Our main aim is to create bespoke personalised invitations tailored to suit you and your big day. We know every customer is different and although we have given you an idea of what we offer, we also understand you may want to change and alter our designs to suit you. Therefore, we offer a bespoke service.
However, if your sure you like a design, then you can click on the bundle you require and place your order.
We will then send you an email including a list of questions we require the answers to in order to start the design process
This will include questions like; your details, the colour scheme and the other info
Once you send the information back to us we will get a digital proof sent to you, in the email you can let us know of any changes you want to make to the design. Please be aware that some things are unable to be changed.
The proof will take 1-3 working days to get to you, we then offer unlimited changes to the digital proof so you can be sure you are 100% happy with the design before it goes to print
Once you have confirmed you are happy with the proof we will send them to the printers and create your invitations
We like to allow 3-6 weeks depending on the quantity and the detail of the invitation you have ordered. If you are concerned on times then please let us know and we will try to accommodate as much as possible
Please be sure you are happy when confirming the proofs as any mistakes such as spellings or details will be at your cost

The process for simple personalisation:
If you would like to order a product which has a simple amount of personalisation such as the initials on a hat or the names and date on a save the date then there is no need to wait for an email from us. If you leave the information in the notes box at the checkout then we will create your order as quickly as possible. For stationery we will always send a proof to the email provided before printing. If we do not hear back from you within a week then we will assume the proof is correct and go ahead with the order.
